I wonder if there will be a way to keep people in the waiting room until it is their turn or if they will be wondering in and out of exam/surgery rooms? Perhaps a new way to lock doors? You can't lock...

Well, as in the trailer, if you don't have many patients, it won't be a problem. But if you advertise and suddenly you have lots more patients, add tables to handle the flow and it should be fine. I'm hoping the check-in kiosk will deal with that.
Even a check-in wouldn't keep sims who are suppose to be sitting in the waiting room from deciding to walk into the exam room and talk to the people there.
