I wonder if there will be a way to keep people in the waiting room until it is their turn or if they will be wondering in and out of exam/surgery rooms? Perhaps a new way to lock doors? You can't lock...

Perhaps, but the clinic format is more like restaurants from Dine Out than hospitals in GTW. I think people are still having issues with restaurants(musical chairs & such) over a year later. A big problem I had with my restaurant was people wondering all over the place(even into the kitchen) and never sitting down, before & after checking in.
I hope it's more like GTW. I'd rather having them all standing in the waiting room than trying to talk to my employee who is preforming surgery in the exam room.
