Veterinarian Clinics

Hello
I have a sim who owns a clinic of veterinarians. The problem is that that clinic is ALWAYS dirty and smelly!!! The cats and dogs who come over to get a treatment do their needs in the clinic and vomit there. Their puke is everywhere and in very big amount!!! I don't know what to do... I cannot clean my clinic anytime.
What can solve it?

    Buy a robot vacuum, and assign at least one of the staff to only do cleaning. If that doesn't help, then just limit the amount of waiting patients by disallowing customers after you get a couple and reallowing them when you're finished with the ones you have. That would keep the mess down to a minimum.

    Okay, so a sim just owns the place, they do not become veterinarians? I did notice it was not on the career list. Did this pack even come with an e-guide or some instructions? Gosh, when you bought a disc you at least got the instructions!

    Explanations on what to do are built into the game. There's no reason to have an instruction manual.

    So, if I buy a vet clinic, it will teach the Sim how to be a vet?
