I think it's be great to add in effects we already have in game too it. Make it more powerful and menacing for sure. I do use it but... yeah it's now and then for a mischief/evil character that doesn't have other built in powers because it's pretty weak. I use it more when I'm reminded of it by the game (fish it up or do the mischief aspiration).
