I've had a few bunnies trapped in an attic of one house .. that my sims didn't friend, and one bunny that a neat sim didn't friend but still gave him a small amounts when asked until he died in a vacuuming incident.
Thik it just happens when you ask them to look for some valueables. I thought it'd just be a one off thing but apparently they keep doing it they were doing it a lot throughout the night when my sims slept.
My sim got stacks on deck from dust bunny money. :p
