Looks like it pretty much works having a club dedicated to the night crew. They all make drinks and clean at the same time! Problem is I have no clue where my coworkers are at to sell the stuff.... :/

Just make sure you don't "Make Drinks for group" as it makes them pick up the drinks like below:
