With the aquariums it's only possible to stock them and from what I've seen only with fish humans would eat. Maybe you could try to build an aquarium wall and put the fishes in fishbowls? Lots of fishbowls. I think they would look lovely if displayed on a table/pedestal and the corresponding mounted fishy would be displayed above it, would be like a description of what's in the fishbowl.
