Washer dryer broken

I've heard that if you use MOO to place an object adjacent to the washer/dryer, even if it's separated by a wall, that can cause this bug. If you're using a house that was downloaded from the Gallery that could be the culprit. Delete objects that are near the machines and replace them (without using MOO) and see if that works.

It’s a bug. There’s an open thread in the ea help forum. Go let them know you also have the issue by hitting the “me too” on the original post. I just saw it this morning and did the same. Started happening to me out of nowhere a couple days ago.

I have the washer/dryer in the home but only as decoration. I never have my Sims do laundry.

My laundry day pack has been acting up to, I’ve had to replace hampers and machines recently too - which is annoying when they were fully upgraded and then you have to do it again. My issue lately has been that once I put laundry in the washer, like you said, there’s no option to wash it, and if you hover over it, it says dry and pristine, but it’s obviously not since it’s letting off a noxious green cloud lol. It won’t let me move it to the dryer and I unload and set it down, the cycle just repeats and there’s no option to actually wash the clothes without deleting the washer.

had the same issue the other day. Deleting the washer and dryer fixed it but my washer and dryer also burst into flames every 2nd time I use them whether I clean the lint trap or not.

It never happened to me before. I use laundry pack a lot in almost all my families. That’s the only stuff pack I actually like. Please fix it soon !

There is a reason its strongly NOT recommended to use moveobjects cheat. It causes A LOT of problems. Specially interacting with items, and placing vanilla ones. It becomes a pain.

I thought it was just me because I use Laundry Pack all the time.
