Washing dishes in the bathroom - Mystery Solved!

I've got the opposite problem with Diego Lobo in his original apartment. After using the bathroom, he walks way around down the hall to wash his hands in the kitchen. But not all the time. Maybe 70% of the time. Idk. The bathroom and kitchen do share a wall.
