Why is my sims keep drinking water? They drink a glass then put it on the coffee table then go get another one. They might wash it but mostly they lay it on the coffee table then go get another one.

This isn't a mod issue. What you need is a mod to turn off the autonomy for getting water, it's tuned way, way too high.
