Ways to expand upon Community Lots
I think it would be more fun to be able to do more with these Lots. How about Community Gym, Café, Park, Library etc etc.
The lot could be designed in such a way that the more options you build in the design phase the more gets available as options to vote for when voting for these lots.
If you build a lot with only maker space and garden, only these two would be available to vote for. If you added a gym into the lot then the gym would also be available to vote for.
It would allow for more options and also still be as flexible as you could wish for. It's a fun mechanic, but it's not designed to be fully utilized. A system like this would also integrate it better into other packs as the only limit to what lots you can put in it would be which expansions you owned, or will own in the future.
