WCIF This Sim

Question

So I saw this Sim in an article on the Sims Community website (Businesses & Hobbies CAS Overview), and would like to add them to my game.

I don't think they're a random, but either a pre-made or townie from some pack I don't own (maybe B&H?), or player-made. If the latter, hopefully they're on the gallery or up for download somewhere else.

Does anyone know or have an idea?

You better ask on the Sims Community website where you have first seen him. They posted the article and his pictures so they should know where they got him from and whether he's on the gallery.&nbsp;
