Do Devs forgot that!?

The one with the sp is a haunted house lot type.

I think they are updating the haunted lot type to have the mischievous spirits/ghosts too, not just the regular ghosts.

Currently the Haunted lot trait causes the lot to have a chance of summoning a ghost to your lot every night. The ghost itself is random so if you have multiple ghost in your game you will most likely get s different one every night. There is also a chance you may never get a ghost if no ghost exist in your game. The trait itself seems to have a pretty low summon rate and unreliable.If the "leak" of the game details is correct the haunted house lot trait will cause the lot to have a ghost(s) that is tied to the lot/household, like roommates or butlers. They are tied to that household and can't be the roomate(s) or butler of another household unless kicked out/fired respectively.

Hopefully the Haunted House will have random noises that scare the sim, maybe cold spots(chilled moodlets) and of course ghosts and spirits. They can do a lot with it. Haunted basically causes a tense moodlet after 10PM and there is a good chance an already in-game ghost will show up. So if you're just starting a game, it's probably gonna be Psydad.

I'm assuming it, because that's one convenient way to do it. I'm more eager for the music-expansion...

That would be nice. I've some experience with farming so seriously doubt - courtesy of the packs we've been getting - the current team could do it properly as it's more complex than most folks realize. Not to mention needing very large lots. The most we can do now is a kitchen garden.

Introducing the Haunted House Lot Type!

Oh, and you might remember an old Lot Trait from City Living called Haunted. For clarity’s sake, it needed a name change, so now it's the Spooky Lot Trait. It also benefits from being combined with the new Haunted House Lot Type and will have an increased chance of spawning Ghosts at night. So use both for maximum haunted-ness!

These two got my attention. So the old Haunted Trait will be renamed and we are going to have a New Type Lot like Restaurants and Spa Lot called, the Haunted Lot!. Wow sounds like a GP under Staff Pack with BoneHilda as surprising gift!
Also, about BoneHilda, thus I heard it won't be a playable Sim like Clement Frost. It will be like Bone servant from Jungle Adventure though.
