Hopefully the button is also there when aging up.
Now that's what we call game changing!- Honestly I’d buy the pack for the randomize traits feature alone.
- Sharooonia7 years agoSeasoned AceOh I sure hope so. I'm so very bad at choosing traits and I like randomness in my game.

there's a randomizer button near outfits too.I don't think it is there now.
It is there now.
https://i.imgur.com/GbSX9sh.png - @So_Money I'm not saying they are, but if EA did end up including a randomised traits button as part of the 'Island Living' pack, why would you think that would be okay? It would be better as part of an update, as there's nothing tropical or beachy about a trait randomising button. Plus it would be unfair on players in general, as they'll be made to pay for a pack just to get a trait randomising button or tough luck on them.
I'm not arguing by the way, if my response to your comment comes across like this. I just don't see how it would be fair on you to pay money just to get randomised traits. "SarahTheRed;c-17097446" wrote:
Okay, but is there a button to completely strip Sims of everything they are wearing? I want one but don't know if it already exists and I'm just not seeing it.
I don't think it exists but I wish it did. It'd be a very helpful feature.- @nightowl1
I’m sure it will come for free with the patch that precedes Island Living’s release, but I’d still buy Island Living for that feature more than anything else if I had to. - I don't get it. Who do you want to randomize? I always picked the traits in these games and never liked what the game threw at me.
- @Cinebar
When creating dozens of “extra” sims and families to populate my worlds, it’s nice to be able to randomize otherwise I always gravitate toward choosing the same traits. Either that or I agonize over which traits are appropriate for a given sim.
By randomizing, I’m letting fate decide.
Up until now I’ve been using random number generators and dice, but if the function was built into the game that would be great for my purposes.
It eliminates personal bias, adds variety, and the function being built-in will also have the benefit of speeding up my sim creation process considerably.
