Seeing the lot trait On A Dark Ley Line , no think than we also need similar trait for all other occults, current and future ones? Yes... to control it a few, would be all those occult lot trait only...

Now having a spellcaster-child takes planning and going to the realm and isn't something that just happens in a muggle-family. It would be much more interesting to let you legacy-family live in a lot with a spellcaster-layline-trait and just see what generation you happen to be on when you finally get a spellcaster in the family.
