Weather or Not
Can weather be turned off in the game. I don't want the change of seasons. I want spring all the time. Is there a way to do this?

I love having seasons in my game, but I'm rather vexed that this time around Spring has been rather frigid. All 14 days of it. I suppose the devs were trying to create the 'perfect' world in that there's plenty of rain. But, no enough is too much. I hate it when it rains almost everyday, no matter where my Sim travels. When my Sim became a Global Superstar, he placed his plaque in the rain.
