I had a teen & one parent, but when the teen graduated early I split her off & now she's living in a nice apt in San Myshuno's arts district, thanks to the generous 90k her mom gave her. After the initial deposit & furniture payment to the landlord she's down to 16k. Hailey (teen) just signed up for university, which early graduation allowed her to do.
