Where is this? I've been looking everywhere. Probably being dense and looking right at it!

Okay.....Where is the social groups tab? In game? On a computer? In the main menu? Help please. I need to find the blasted werewolves packs panel so I can figure out how they want me to be more "self-sufficient"
