What’s Your Favorite Type of Household to Start With?
When you start a new save, do you have a certain type of household that you start with? Like is it usually a young adult male? Usually a single mom? Usually a family of 4 with a dog? What are the ages and genders?
And do you find your main sim is usually the same gender as you?
Why do you think you choose this particular type of household?

For me, I usually start with a teen or YA female as my main focus (I’m female). She might be the only sim, but if she has a family, she’ll usually have at least one brother.
I think I choose the same gender as me because I like to identify with the sim and live somewhat vicariously through her even though aspects of her personality might be very different from mine. I like having brothers because I always wanted one when I was growing up but didn’t have one.
