What 3 decorative areas/buildings in-game do you wish were functional?

@KyreRoen Great thread and Question!

I like the main suggestions so far especially
1. the greenhouse in ROM
2. the lighthouse in Brindleton bay
3. Military Base in Strangerville
4. SO MUCH of Del Sol Valley - needs a complete revamp
5. the cemetary in Henford on Bagley

Some of my other favourites are:
the Pet Cemetary at Brindleton Bay - its so pretty - it needs to be a park/ museum lot ORa new type of cemetary lot so you can take your animal urns there


This lot at Brindleton Bay (it calls out to be a magnificent restaurant or cafe out on the water


and finally MAGNOLIA CRESCENT - like Del SOl Valley - it needs multiple lots

across the road from the 4 buildable lots are these nicely rendered buildings

I'd love the opportunity to have these buildings as a residential/ commercial village type set up


Finally but not least - I wish the paddlesteamer was a lot too - it would be an amazing community lot.
