What 3 decorative areas/buildings in-game do you wish were functional?

Share images of them, if possible.

1 - This neighborhood in Windslar, Windenburg (Just look at it...it's so...functional-looking):

2 - This train station in San Myshuno (To be fair, I could say the same about the one in Mt. Komorebi):

3 - This chapel in Selvadorada (just because it's weirdly prominent, but completely unusable):

    I like your ideas, but in keeping with the theme of the question, you get 2 more.

    okay...hmm...I seconde the greenhouse in the magic realm, it is so pretty but so useless, a shame really
    also the mermaid cave in sulani, if ever something called for a secret lot it's that one.

    I don't doubt these have been suggested several times.
    I really wish some of these shells were apartments. I would like to have more sims living in Britechester.
    I have three lots taken up by my Uni Prep school and two stores.

  • 1. Sea/Oceans/Rivers to be swimmable - Windenburg and Brindleton Bay are crying out for it - what is the point of having a seaside town (Brindleton) when you cant actually swim in the sea? I love the lot by the beach Bedlington Beach house I think its called - (the premade house was horrible though) and I built my own seaside cottage there, it has the beach nearby and the bbq community lot set up just outside of it - just missing proper swimmable oceans :( I keep hoping!!

    2. The greenhouse in the magic one - I could never understand why our sims cant go in there to maybe harvest plants/ingredients for potions etc it would make so much more of the pack.

    3. San Myshuno - the big brick building next to the railway line that would be such a fantastic plot - plus you would have 3 in a row (I always bulldoze Old Salt house and the bar next to it and build my own houses there) You could build a little community - I miss that part of open world from Sim 3 where you could go to a neighbours house and not have to have a loading screen etc

    I could think of loads more !

    The ocean on the island of Windenburg to be swimmable.

    The steamboat in willow creek to be functional
    Every time I see it, I wish it were rideable.

    The ocean on the map in Del sol Valley to have lots and be swimmable.

    There are so many places, but the ones I have yearned for the most are:
    1. The sea in Windenburg to be swimmable
    2. The volcano in Sulani ( @crocobaura volcano worshiping would be so cool!! :bawling: :love: )
    3. The lighthouse home (the greenhouse in magic realm was close to get this place, but I think I'd use the lighthouse home more... though the BB ocean should be swimmable then too :sweat_smile: :blush: )

    i was really upset to find out we couldnt use the lighthouse... :( i had a plan of having two sims that had a dream of living on the water get proposed to at the top overlooking to ocean and the partner would tell the other that their dreams are coming true and "off in the distance" would be their new island home

    You can climb to the balcony of the lighthouse. But a lighthouse keeper career would have been nice though I am not sure what exactly they do except keep the lights on. ?

    I remember in one of the older sims games living in a lighthouse. I can’t remember which one though. Probably the sims 2, as I didn’t play the sims 3 long.

    1. The area with the church at Sable Square in Brindleton Bay.
    2. There's an area that has a lighthouse over in Cavalier Cove. It also has a few houses there.
    3. The Myshuno Meadows lake. More specifically, for it to be swimmable.

    2. All attached houses, rowhouses and multifamily houses (can I count this as one??)

    @mightysprite
    2 - I suppose...? Do you have an example location or image?

    The previous games spoiled me so much. I think every bit should be usable.

    The main ones I hated and was really disappointed at were Mt Komorebi and the eco world. They have high quality shells all around and they're completely unusable and just a waste of space. I need homes for my families and yet here I am again with 5.

    @Mstybl95
    Now imagine EA tells you you can have 3 made functional. What would they be?

    Ok. Then I choose all the shells and apartments in San Myshuno.

    Along with the shells in both Mt Komorebi and Evergreen Harbor.
