Antony wouldn't be too much of a challenge, but I don't think we've the clothing available to really give Cleopatra the look she deserves.

Definitely not modern people because I'm not really into celebrity culture. I don't know who Baby Ariel is and I remember when the original game had real life celebrities, I didn't know who half of those were either! Historical people would definitely be more likely to interest me, or possibly famous literary characters. For example, it would have been fun to see Dracula in Vampires.
You got me thinking of Bela Lugosi from the old black/white movies and was thinking how cool it would be to be able to make sims that look like they are in a black/white movie.
