What are peoples thoughts on "stealing" In the gallery?

I think that, unless you make a TON of changes or the original creator is okay with it, it shouldn't be allowed. By a TON of changes I mean: if someone created a house and you basically took it down to its shell then rebuilt it. Even then I think the original creator should get some sort of credit for their hard work in the original.
