What are peoples thoughts on "stealing" In the gallery?

I think it would be difficult to ban reuploading completely because I believe as long as the sim is changed beyond recognition, there is no problem there. I personally like to use a already good-looking base and then revamp them completely from there. For example, if someone used a sim from the gallery and only changed things like hair color, makeup, outfits before reuploading... that would be crossing the line.
