Good point. A lot of the creations do look similar although it is possible to do something unique (I saw a creation of the Downton Abbey house on Mod the Sims but did not download it). This is especially true of Sims when using the base game hair and clothing) You got to really work hard to create a unique Sim. I guess this is why people are annoyed when their work is not credited.
