If it's just remaking a famous person, fictional character, or rebuilding a house from a tv show or movie, then I don't care. But if it's nothing like that, then it's a big problem.

with. When you upload it, you're agreeing that others can steal it if that's what they want to do with it. If you don't want people to steal it, the only way to prevent it is not to upload it. I get that posting someone else's work as your own is not an ethically acceptable thing to do, but ... if you don't want people to steal it, don't upload it.
