This is a moot topic. As has been stated many times before, EA owns anything and everything to do with the Sims. Read the posted rules, it is stated very plainly in black and white. The only way you can be sure that nobody will re-upload something you created is to not share it in the Gallery. Sorry to say, but this is sad but true... :(
