I'm not creating the "perfect" sim for this either. I'm browsing through my residents registry to find members for the equestrian clubs, and those with a certain sense of animal love, activity and fitness skill are added as club members. They will of course also need the Riding skill, eventually. I did keep an eye open for self-assured sims, but never thought of Slobs, that's interesting. Guess neat freaks won't stay for long in a stable :)
