What are the differences in the two options for no eyebrows in CAS?

So I noticed in CAS, there are two options for no eyebrows. I've tried SO HARD to spot any differences in them, but I literally can't find a single difference. Has anyone noticed any differences? If not, why are there two of the same option? What's the point?

Nope, these aren't the same image. These are two different screenshots taken at different times of the two different no-eyebrows option.

    An interesting observation. I always thought this was because I had so much cc but I guess not!

    Haha, nope! I've played both with CC and vanilla, the two options show up regardless. Makes me wonder if there's supposed to be just one options and they just accidentally duplicated the option, or if the second option is supposed to be different, but they accidentally just made a duplicate of the first one.
