What are the seasons like in different worlds?

I kinda remember there being a thread about this but I can't find it. So I've read Oasis Spring never gets snow. Is this true? Does it ever go really cold though? Is it the only world with no snow?...

My Brindleton Bay doesn't seem that bad, but Newcrest is nearly constant thunderstorms in summer. I was just in Selvadorada during winter and the weather was on the warm side but not enough to make them want hot weather outfits.
