What are the seasons like in different worlds?

Omgoodness I just had a thought....what if Brindleton Bay was in upper Canada along the Pacific but just flipped on the map? This would explain all the rain and wind. Western sides of a continent tend get more precipitation than the eastern sides (usually). This is how I'm going to justify Brindle Bay's weather now, lol
