Did you mean Sims3? Because unfortunately we could still see the Toddler's clothing while being bathed. Totally broke the emersion.
Sims 3 had the changing station from the store. Powder cloud animation for changing and bubbles for bathing. Still very cute and it's a fav of mine.
Sims 4 has the option to "bathe" toddlers in the sink. It's a changing animation with a very small hygiene increase. This was patched in a while ago.
:open_mouth: How did they manage this? The babies are tethered to their bassinet! Please, I have two babies currently, I must bathe them I must!
Sorry. I did say toddlers. Babies currently do not have this option.
