What are/is Black & White Cookies, Black & White Cake and White & Black Cake?

I'm asking what these are cause I have a bakery and all three of those are in it and I didn't make any of them and I was wondering how do you make them cause my sims have all 10 skills of baking, cook...

@Honeydew and @Pavsc I've found them when I click on the stove and choose "Cook." They were part of the game before the "Baking" skill was added, so they're not listed under the new skill, though they really should be. I hope that answers your question.
