I do use the Lifetime Aspirations mod originally by Ky-e but adopted by NeedCoffee4That. It makes all of the aspirations more like lifetime wishes from the previous games and less like tutorials. There is only one milestone for each aspiration. I believe one of the family aspirations says to have some number of grandchildren.
