Imo all the aspirations are also for elder Sims.
That is very true, but for my sims, they've usually completed at least one aspiration by the time they're elders. I would also love some more specific aspirations only available for elders, just to have something unique for them (like with teens, so there is more options, but you can also choose all the normal ones).
