What Career(s) Do You Usually Go With, and What Are the Career(s) You Stay Away From?

I tried out the Freelancer careers but they were honestly too broken to truly enjoy playing, so now I never use them.

Also, not a career, but I hardly ever have my Sims do the odd jobs that came with Island Living. Mostly because a lot of the available jobs take place in Sulani, which does not make sense if my Sims are in Newcrest. Yes, I know, they're mostly rabbit holes so it's not a big deal gameplay-wise, but I've got a narrative to stick to, here!
