What Career(s) Do You Usually Go With, and What Are the Career(s) You Stay Away From?

I like varying it up. I do tend to personally perfer active or the freelancer careers and even the Work-From-Home ones because I do like actively playing a career as opposed to rabbit holes. Even plan on having some of the culinarian sims graduate on up to being restaurant owners, if I feel it's appropriate for them to do so.
