What Cheat Do the Sims Gurus use in LIVESTREAM?

So I saw several times in the livestream for seasons that they would adjust individual needs bars for sims. They just clicked on hunger or energy and it would change to wherever they wanted it to be. ...

The UI mod on mod the sims is what I use until they release it in the game. Hopefully soon
