What Cheat Do the Sims Gurus use in LIVESTREAM?

So I saw several times in the livestream for seasons that they would adjust individual needs bars for sims. They just clicked on hunger or energy and it would change to wherever they wanted it to be. ...

They’ve expressed interest in adding the clickable needs cheat to the game, and asked about others the community would be interested in.
