It is a needs cheat that allows you to drag needs individually. It is an option in other games yet not for Sims 4 for some reason. I really really hope they add it in as it is really useful at times when you want to raise or lower one need in particular without raising all needs at once (really need that for Jungle Adventure as they won't sleep due to something always waking them up).
I was using a mod that does it; but mods eventually causes problems and after awhile, all the need bars start to disappear and would have to exit the household to fix it. I hope they add that cheat in.
