When I think of healthy foods I think of things that aren't highly processed, that are lower sodium, and have little or no sugar. More natural, like salad, fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meat, usually fish. When I try to eat healthy I avoid prepackaged or boxed meals, they are such salt bombs and high in carbs. I don't eat out as often when I'm trying to eat healthy.
