Kind of unexpected, but in my premades rotational save I'm on the way to pairing him up with Cat Lynx. They hit it off pretty well.
He's friends with his neighbor Siobhan Fyres, who's a super successful freelance programmer. Inspired by that I think Salim is going to try to ditch his job and try freelance writing (might be hard for him, though).
