What do you do when you hate a sim you've created?

I can't honestly say that's ever happened to me. I'm pretty meticulous when creating a Sim, so they always turn out the way I thought they would (especially since behavior in TS4 is so predictable).

Now, there have been ones I've simply become bored with, or viewed them as expendable---when that happens, I simply delete their household
