what do you do with family "spares?"

I do one of two things with my spare sims, I have lazy sims who don't work seeing as I have played for so long I have a large house a way too much cash. I am hoping superstars will take care of this. However here is what I do with my spare sims.
1. I make them work for me, they get up make me food put in the fridge, and I just eat the leftovers. They clean, wash the clothes, but mostly they sit down all day and wright books. They can get two to three done in a day. If you have three sims doing this your house brings in like $75k a day.
2. This is what i mostly do I make a MCC out you go house. It is a small house, with just three bedrooms two bathrooms, and a kitten. What I do then is when my house gets full I do a "reset" I pick the youngest sim in the house, have her call one of the sims from the out you go house, and become friends with them. Then I ask to move in, but put all my unwanted sims in that house. And have MCC take care of them, it's rather funny to see them move out get married, have kids of their own, die what not. By the time my house gets too full again, the out you go house is almost empty and can fit a few more roomates.
