I use lots like the cacti casa in oasis springs ( where zoe Patel lives at game start) or the 3 bedroom apartment in San Myshuno as bachelor/bachelorett pad. As my played and or townie sims age up I move them into one of those, I find I enjoy playing a household of young adults starting careers and finding romance.
