What do you know about the Alto family?

I just realized I don't have any Alto descendants in my game, and I'm pondering on creating some. I was working a bit on the Landgraab family tree, and though that maybe the two families could be connected somehow a few generations back, like they could both descend from Kermit Landgraab who I imagine was Nancy's grandfather. Or perhaps I would need to go back to the Admiral. Did you ever come across a family link between Langraab and Alto?

I noticed Holly(?) Alto is a famous NPC in my game, but I never played her. Is she the same as the daughter in TS3?
