There is a movie called The Bad Seed.. old movie 1956 about a little girl killer basically. After seeing your creation of the mom I kind of want to do this also but actually somehow set up Max as the very young killer or even that it was an accidental death caused by any of the children and Daddy decides to hide/bury his wife to protect the family. Not that you can play this out specifically in the game of course.
Keep thinking of those steep cliffs around that part of the island..
Either way for me I don't think I can actually see Jacques as the killer.. it's too obvious.
