One thing I'd definitely like to see as stated before is definite ageing and more realism in the ageing.
I also remember being excited when the baby bumps just grew gradually, and I think it'd be amazing if our sims slowly started getting wrinkles, greyer hairs etc.
Another thing I would quite like is the option to maybe 'go buy clothes' or 'shave' or 'get hair cut'. Simple things that I think will add a little more realism to the game- for obvious reasons you could turn this off. But I think it would be nice. You could have the rebellious teen that refuses to cut his hair and shave etc, or the prim and proper student that gets her hair done every week. With this will obviously come the moodlets 'Ouch! -Cut myself shaving' or 'New hairdo!'. Just a thought. As well as that I'd also like simple things such as 'colds' or whatnot, which took us a while to get with TS3. I must be crazy, cos I kinda like stuff that hinders my sims, but I just feel it makes the game that little bit more challenging. e.g. How are they gonna go to work if they have a cold?
I used to like being able to go buy new clothes in TS2, I kinda feel like now it doesn't really matter about clothes and the customisation in that aspect.
Definitely agree with the discussion about toddlers- WAY too boring.
If there was more interaction with the toddlers e.g Nightfeeds or pre-school. Things that make family life more difficult. Sometimes I kinda feel like 'I better have a kid to continue the generation' and I feel like it's easy. Little things like being able to bathe babies in TS2 I thought worked really well.
Generally I just think more customisation- it'd be good if places weren't rabbit holes and when your sim went on a date you had to 'say the right thing' a bit like when you have to impress a celebrity. As I find 'falling in love' on the game too easy nowadays. It'd be good if you could control how the date went, whilst finding out about the sims traits etc. For instance you might set to 'Bring up ex' and the sim might get freaked out or might laugh etc, all depending on their personality traits.
I still feel like family life etc is lacking in TS3, I don't really know what it is, but there's something, so maybe tweak that?
I'm sure I will think of more.
