What Do You Want To See In the Base Game?

Yeah they really need to put some of the recycled EP stuff into the base game at this point for the simple fact that we want new fresh ideas to keep the game challenging and interesting.
I don't want to wait years for all the cool stuff that's become STAPLES in the series. It's what really hurt the legacy of Sims 3 is not having the stuff we had become accustomed to.
I'd like to see at least 2 EP themes built into the base game.
Seasons - this should just be from the get-go I feel like. I'm over the "World of the Sims" drastically changing years into legacies and such.
Pets - Because with Sims 3, they became "Sims". I see the box art for the Sims 4 featuring a family with cats and dogs. That represents the Sims to me... however... I can see why this would be saved for an EP.
the "Downtown" theme EP - We've had 3. I don't think we need 4 do we? I really think this is something that should be in the game from the get-go at this point as well. Personally, I'd love a world that comes with a downtown from the get-go. This will also allow for future EP's to be compitable with just the base game, expanding the Sims series very well.
I don't expect them to give us each EP theme from the past in the base, but at least a couple of them. In addition, I'd really love to see apartments from day 1 as well. I like the idea of renting until they can purchase something. I'd like the introduction of a bank in the game as well so we can take loans and mortgages.
I don't want to wait around for recycled EP's. I want fresh new exciting EP's and remakes of new fresh Sims 3 EP's.... like IP, or ST, or AMB, etc. Those were new ideas that I'd like to see more of in the future. I don't want 5 of say 10 EP's to be "LN, UL, Seasons, Pets, Magic" etc. I want a real vacation EP, maybe a Space EP, a Farming EP, etc. Just new and fresh and exciting and not waiting to rebuild up the Sims game again.
It's what made Sims 3 suck for so long. LOL I love it now, but that's after nearly 4.5 years and 9EP's, and some of them were like split up themes that could have been one. Messy.
