What does convert 5 Sims into Full Grown Vampires mean

I was just wondering about the vampire family aspiration. Carl's Guide says that you have to train 3 offspring. As I saw in another discussion, the offspring probably means sims my vampire has turned ...

Hmm, for the first time in TS4 I'm actually too busy playing out my evil plans to complete an aspiration. Normally I have them done in a few hours after the pack releases... still haven't even scratched the surface on these ones. I should knuckle down and play through them as the words 'fully grown' are bugging me now! :s
